Cosmin Chivu has taught courses and Master Classes in Acting and Directing in US and Europe.

He is currently teaching courses at Pace University, NYC. On several occasions he had the opportunity to be a Guest lecturer for Tisch School of the Arts (NYU), Actors Studio Drama School (NSU), Ramapo College, New Jersey and other theatre schools.

His teaching philosophy is based on creative strategies for students to grow, spiritually and artistically, as actors and directors. During the process, he uses an extensive vocabulary provided by different methods and styles coming from both, European and American traditions.
